Return Eligibility

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

• The item was damaged in transit
• You received the wrong item

To request a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery at sheerukhan155@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged/wrong product

Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• For COD orders, we will issue a bank transfer after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
